What is Yoga?

Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates movement (asana), breath regulation (pranayama), and mindful attention to support strength, mobility, and nervous-system balance. At Bendy Bliss, we teach a pragmatic, anatomy-aware approach with clear options for different bodies and schedules.

Our History

We started teaching in small community rooms over a decade ago. In the last 10+ years, our teachers have guided beginners and busy professionals through over 500 group classes and countless 1:1 sessions—online and in-person. Our programs have evolved with research in motor control, breath mechanics, and pain science, while honoring the roots of yoga with respect and humility.
